Coco Palm’s Ti Bananne has appointed Boniface Alexander as Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager as hotel occupancy increases with the all-inclusive plan being the preferred choice for the leisure guests. Saint Lucian Mr. Alexander has experience in hotels, cruises and both bar and restaurant rolls which will compliment his responsibilities at Ti Bananne.
Chef Richardson Skinner carefully chose the new F&B manager for his vast experience and noted “Mr. Alexander has worked across a number of hotels in the Rodney Bay area which gives him first-hand experience with knowing the suppliers, trade partners and the local market.” Chef went on to add “given his experience on cruise ships and leisure clubs also brings a unique understanding of the all-inclusive market and catering to events both of which are key sectors for Ti Bananne.”
As F&B Manager, Mr Alexander will be manging front of house catering to both the leisure and corporate guests along with the increase of double vaccinated guests who are returning to dining at Ti Bananne Caribbean Bistro for their popular French creole cuisine. Catering for weddings and small events are on the uptick with a pent-up demand from many who have had to put these on hold. Fun Friday, Pizza night and Sunday buffet are just a few of the events Ti Bananne Caribbean Bistro will be reintroducing. To book your table or event, contact reservations@coco-resorts.com.
