Check-in Time: 2:00pm Check Out time: 12 Noon. Late departure is based upon availability at a fee of US$50.00 – Please check with the Front Desk for availability.

Beach Towels are available at the Front Desk.

Pool is 4 ft deep. Opening hours are from 7am – 7pm. Any time outside of these hours, swim at your own risk. Children are not to be left in the pool unsupervised and should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Touch Tranquility Spa is located on property. Opening hours: 10am – 6pm (ext 2801).

Cell phone rentals are available at the Front Desk at USD 5.00 per day.

Babysitting services are available at a cost of US$ 10.00 per hour per child.

There is a gym with weight room. Opening hours: 7am – 11pm. Children are not allowed in the workout room, unless they are supervised.

Driving distance from Hewanorra International Airport is approximately 90 minutes; 20 minutes via helicopter to the Capital (Castries) – which leaves 15 minutes driving to the hotel. Driving distance from George F.L. Charles Airport is approximately 20 minutes.

There is no complimentary airport shuttle service. However, a shared shuttle service can be facilitated at an additional cost.

Using public transportation to get to the hotel from either of the airports is not recommended. It is quite a distance to walk from the airport to where the bus stops are located. We offer taxi transfers to and from the airport that you could pre arrange with a host. Please see options below:
DIRECT HELICOPTER SHUTTLE:
Direct helicopter shuttle is available. Rates are per person (one way). Children under 2 are free provided that they sit on an adult’s lap. Contact reservations@coco-resorts.com for further details.

Costs of taxis/buses vary depending on what part of the island you wish to travel to. It costs US$ 20.00 by taxi from the hotel to town (Castries). It costs EC$ 2.25 from Rodney Bay Village to town. Anywhere further would cost more.

Yes, complimentary full breakfast is included in our room rates.

We accept the following currencies: US, Canadian, Barbadian, Pounds & Euro, and Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC). The exchange rate would be EC$ 2.67 per US$ 1.00.

We do have complimentary wi-fi throughout the property

The beach is approximately five minutes walking distance from the hotel and the shopping centres in Rodney Bay are approximately three minutes walking distance from the hotel.

It is safe to walk in the Rodney Bay however we do recommend taking pre caution during late hours.

The famous street party is located in the Gros Islet Community, which is approximately 10 minutes away. You can get there in via taxi (US$ 12.00), which can be arranged at the Concierge or Front Desk.
