Due to popular demand by our repeat guest for authentic local dishes, Creole Grill was launched in May 2014. Located in the Kreole courtyard, the creole decorated eatery with vibrant island colours and traditional madras themed décor offering dinner, catering to our guests on All Inclusive or Bed & Breakfast, along with outside guests in Rodney Bay Village.
Featuring signature dishes of what true Saint Lucians and repeat guests have come to enjoy, Chef Curtis has created a strong following for his rich and tasty menu, including greenfig and saltfish, curry goat, and not forgetting petite creole penny loaves, a must for all guests either in house or on island.

Creole Grill is closed for lunch on Friday's and Sunday's as KoKo Cabana offers Fun Friday and on Sunday offers live steel pan music to Sunday buffet. Brown Sugar Bar is open on evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday serving St. Lucia made rums and cocktails, local juices and piton beers.
