COCO PALM REOPENS WITH PROTOCOLS

Dear Valued Partners and Guests,

Coco Palm is pleased to inform you that we have
formally reopened effective Monday August 9th , 2021. Guests will need to
be double vaccinated and have a negative PCR test within 5 days of arrival.
International arrivals are being screened on arrival to comply with protocols and are
issued with a white wrist band which entitles them to roam freely throughout the
island.

We have been certified by the Ministry of Health and have complied with all
requirements to operate and welcome guests at Coco Palm and Ti Bananne
Caribbean Bistro and Bar. Every effort has been made to prepare to operate in a
safe environment for both our guests and our Coco Palm Team.

Technology is
being enhanced to increased digital communication at both the hotel and restaurant
to minimize frequent touch points. Palm Spa has been open throughout the
pandemic and has implemented staggered appointments to allow for no overlapping
of guests.

New operating procedures will be enforced to adhere to social distancing with clear
markings particularly at reception and at Ti Bananne. Hand sanitizers have been
installed throughout the property which we encourage all to use. Face masks are
required to be worn when in public areas and when communicating with Coco
Resorts Team members. Masks will not be required while dining, pool side or within
the confines of your room. These protocols will be reviewed throughout to assure the
safety of all.
