Following an illustrious career in the hotel sector including posts with both Windjammer Landing and Sandals Resorts, Jean St Rose now oversees Coco Resorts’ 103-rooms and suites.

As the General Manager of Coco Resorts, Jean St Rose manages the 20-room Coco Kreole and the 83-room Coco Palm. St Rose welcomed the opportunity to open Coco Palm and work with Allen Chastanet. He went on to say: "The opportunity to be General Manager of both Coco Resorts properties and be part of an authentic St Lucian property fills me with pride. The style and décor along with Allen’s philosophy is truly inspirational and I look forward to working with the newly developed Coco Resorts."
Mr St Rose has worked in the hotel sector in both St Lucia and Germany and was most recently Hotel Manager at Sandals Halcyon. Both Mr Chastanet and Jean St Rose worked at Windjammer Landing when the property opened in 1991. Having started his career with Steigenberger’s Cariblue Hotel, now Le Sport, St Rose trained in Germany and is fluent in German. With over twenty-six years experience in both EP and All-Inclusive operations, Jean’s experience is well suited in the development of Coco Resorts.
